Here is what I know based on previous years.

Wednesday 8/1

Check-in 12:30PM:
I will take care of this… players or parents not needed.

Managers Meeting:
I will attend this to get our schedule for Thursday’s games…

Opening Ceremonies and Pin Trading:
4:45PM arrival for players at The Hanger 45116 Valley Central Way, Lancaster, CA 93536

Thursday 8/2:
Pool games begin based on the schedule we get from the managers meeting. We will play 2 games against teams not from this area. The first game is where we will do a gift exchange with the other team. Games will be in Palmdale or Lancaster

Friday 8/3:
Elimination games will be based on results of the day before… If we win, we keep playing, if we lose 2 games, we are eliminated.

Saturday 8/4:
Elimination and Championship day. If we are still playing, we play until we lose 2 games or win the whole darn thing.

It will be very hot so please make sure you are hydrating now and everyday.
