Hello,

For those of you playing this winter, please fill out the attached forms and email them back to me. This is a new season and we need new forms.

Please email me the forms and let me know what you need for the winter season as far as ICE gear. Everyone should have a visor, 2 practice shirts and a blue and white uniform. If you do not have some of these items, please include in your email, the size of the practice shirt (same as the Bownet shirts) and desired number for the ICE uniform.
