Rules and Protocols for Saturday’s small group practice

It is very important we follow these protocols. If we mess this up, we ruin it for everyone. Remember that we as coaches cannot watch everything so it is YOUR responsibility to do your part and help your teammates as well.

Group 1 will work on fielding on the dirt (softball field)
Group 2 will work on outfielding in the (softball outfield)
Group 3 will do core and conditioning work on the soccer field (east end – furthest from the parking lot)
Group 4 will work on batting on the soccer field (west end – closest to the parking lot)

1. You will be assigned to a group and you must stay in that group for the entire practice.
2. Please maintain at least 6 feet between you and everyone else.
3. Masks are to be worn at all times with the exception of while you are actually in each drill.
4. We will not have time to stretch so please show up early and get stretched… BE READY TO GO
5. After you are stretched, proceed to your first group station and stay clear until the current group leaves. Do not engage with the other group.
6. Your equipment bag will stay with you as you go through each group station.
7. The group timing is very tight so please make sure that you move from group to group quickly.

Here is the 9:30AM group:

Group 1 (Dirt):
Kirthi, Claire B, Camryn, Beth

Group 2 (outfield):
Abrianna, Annette, Angelina, Bella

Group 3 (Core/Conditioning):
Maya, KK, Kyleigh, Abby

Group 4 (Hitting):
Reese, Rain, Haven, Violet

Here is the 11:00AM group:

Group 1 (Dirt):
Lindsey, Milana, Maddy, Kelsea

Group 2 (outfield):
Zoey, Bella, Ella, Samantha

Group 3 (Core/Conditioning):

Group 4 (Hitting):
